  • I learned that 'move on' is not completely taking memory burden off, forget it all and start a new. Some have difficulties and apparent, some may look like just shrug it off; no sweat. And some are so subtle in taking their time.

    Some may let the grief moves off while one stays still. It comes in many shapes. And it's alright if your pace is different from the others. And the coping mechanism is not the same between one another either.

    Just remember to get up. And (learn to) walk again. It may repeat. It's okay. Just remember to get up.
